Description
As every Xacti owner knows, you can't open the LCD screen when the camcorder is attached directly to a tripod. If the tripod screw is long enough, you can use a washer as a spacer, however, the mounting screw on the Sima chestpod is short and the pin interferes with the front of the HD1A where the strap attaches.
